Sports Performance Academy Powered by Performance Gaines announces a 3 week speed and agility camp begining June 14th.

Days & Times: The camp will take place Monday – Thursday.   2 camps per day 10:30 A.M. & 3:00 P.M. 

Location: The sessions will be 1 hour and conducted on the Santa Margarita football field

Cost: $125 early registration $150 day of camp

What to wear: Workout Apparel, running shoes/Cleats

Sports Performance Academy Partners with Performance Gaines…

We are pleased to announce that Sports Performance Academy has partnered with Performance Gaines to bring Orange County and entirely new athletic performance training experience. 141 current NFL players including 74 starters and 7 Pro Bowlers from 2009 have worked with Gaines including Reggie Bush, Marshawn Lynch, Marques Colston, Chris Johnson, Willie Parker (also NBA start Brandon Roy and Kevin Durant).

At the 2009 NFL Combine alone, athletes trained by Gaines produced 53 Top-10 positional finishes with at least one in every testing category. Travell also produced 7 of the top 20 Pro Day 40-yard dash times in the country. Performance Gaines @ SPA will not only enhance the training but will also create an institute where talent from surrounding high schools, universities and professionals can continue to improve upon his/her athletic prowess.
